Lower Meadow / Upper Yough So work has really picked up here in West Virginia and the water has been low. We did get a small window last Thursday to do a couple of low water Lower Meadow runs. The first run I was joined by team members Justin Burd and Nate Freier; this was Justin's first run on the Meadow since his wife had their baby girl, Bella Burd-congrats Justin. I also managed to get up to the Upper Yough a couple of weeks ago. This run is a great place to go practice when there are not any creeks running. Here are some photos from National Falls, which we all hiked up and did about three times. -Logan
