Whitewater Warehouse teamed up with Pro-athletes from Wave Sport and Dagger for a four day tour. Our first stop was in Indianapolis to visit Jordan Ross and the Hoosier Canoe Club. We had a fantastic turnout of 40+ paddlers. The Pros put on Strokes and Concepts clinics for beginner/intermediate paddlers and Playboating clinics for folks trying to get that next end.

Our next stop was at Whitewater Warehouse’s pool session. We had more of the same with some roll instruction thrown in.

Monday was a day of R&R, and Tuesday was the biggie at the Wright State University pool. The team performed in an Olympic size pool with music, videos, a P.A. system , and Five Rivers Outdoors providing the M.C. The party afterwards was just as energetic as the pool session. Kudos go out to Amy, Tyler, Greg, and all the staff/support for the event and party.

Last but not least we were off to the Over The Rhine pool in Cincinnati. This community has more police officers per square mile than any place I have ever seen. It feels good to offer opportunity where little exists. We provided the same clinics and demo boats for the 30 plus participants in the pool. Two thumbs up to Don Brannen and the McKIE Recreation Center for putting this fantastic program together.
