Join in on what has become a tradition for Dayton's paddlesports community, the Wednesday Nite Paddle down our local waterway, the Mad River.  Enjoy the transition from an urban wilderness to the downtown Dayton skyline.  We paddle approximately three miles of what is considered "moving water" from Eastwood MetroPark to the Keowee Street Bridge.  This river trip generally takes 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hours.

Check our Calendar for Special Event Wednesdays throughout the Summer where we may bring in manufacturers and Pro-Athletes, as well as offer special activities.  For example, June 24 is Customer Appreciation Night; and July 8 is our annual River Cleanup on the Mad.

Wednesday Nite Paddles are brought to you by Whitewater Warehouse.  For additional information call (937) 222-7020 or contact us by e-mail at: wwwh@erinet.com.

Note: This is not a guided river trip.  New boaters may consider attending recreational kayaking classes prior to participating.  Our Kayak Basics class will get you started; Basic River Running will teach you to deal with moving currents and controlling your boat; and the Safety Skills class will teach you to deal with basic safety, including self-rescue situations.  Larger groups should call ahead and may consider scheduling a trip on a different night.  Call or email for details.
