Whitewater Kayaking is an adventurous discipline that utilizes smaller boats that are designed to be very maneuverable. This style of kayaking requires commitment and equipment. Our Whitewater classes and clinics are for those interested in running whitewater rivers and excepting the challenge (and thrill) associated with this exciting sport!

This is our Kayak Basics class for whitewater boaters, along with an overview of moving water skills. We will teach the strokes needed to move your kayak; then we will show you how to apply them in moving water during the second half of the class. This session will run from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Cost will be $70; plus an additional $10 for equipment if needed.
