^5th ANNUAL MAYOR FLOAT

Dayton May Rhine McLin will host her 5^th Annual Community Float down the Mad River on Thursday, July 30, as a way to promote the City of Dayton's many water recreational opportunities.  This fun event is open to the public. 

Participants will meet at Whitewater Warehouse, 104 Valley Street, between 5:00-7:00 p.m. and will be driven to Eastwood MetroPark where they will paddle 2 ˝ miles of river, concluding at Whitewater Warehouse with a social gathering.  Cost will be $15.00 per person; or $5.00 if you bring your own equipment.  To make a reservation for this event please go to:  http://www.kayakdayton.com/ and complete a short registration form.  Each person should register.
